Descriptive Appearance: Alderfall is a lithe and slender dark brown tom with long legs and soft, glossy fur. Like his parents and brother, he has noticeable angular features and large ears. He keeps himself well groomed and has more shorter fur, though his tail is more fluffier and stands out among the rest of his fur. He has gentle emerald green eyes that are always filled with kindness. He is agile and a fast runner and great climber. He is a bit smaller than his brother Pouncefox and can fit through small spaces easily. He has a dark brown nose and his toe beans are a brown/pink dappled mix. 

Brief Personality: Selfless, Genuine, Timid, and Self-conscious.

Descriptive personality: Polar opposite to Pouncefox, Alderfall is a much more down to earth tom who is pretty timid and keeps more so to himself. He cares heavily for those around him, very much not the fighting type, a very big sweetheart who is gentle and kind. Most of his clanmates would agree that Alderfall would never hurt a fly, but being a Nightclan cat they also say he can't defend himself and is a useless warrior. He's always been shy, but less so towards his clanmates, whom he has just started warming up to. While Pouncefox took after their father, Alderfall took after their mother, being very respectful and always stopping to think things over first before taking any action. He fears hurting others feelings and can be manipulated very easily. Despite not being much of a fighter, he understands the ways of a warrior and doesn't mind hunting. He loves to provide for his clan by catching food for them, and before Spottedmoth passed, he liked to help her gather herbs when he wasn't training. Thanks to his determined mentor, he has learned how to fight pretty well, but hopes to never have to use those skills. Alderfall calls himself a lover. He is also still an anxious tom cat, very skittish at times and sometimes disappears when he feels anxious and dissociative. His adventurous side comes out and he likes to take solo walks and explore his territory, even though its dangerous. He tends to hold grudges though, and makes assumptions about others very quickly. 
He's soft-spoken, thoughtful, and self-conscious.

Descriptive History: 
Alderfall was born Alderkit to Nightclan's first deputy Redmoss and his mate, Aspenleap, both which had previously been loners until Nightstar created Nightclan. He was born alongside his twin brother, Pouncekit, who was much more boisterous and confident. Unlike his brother, Alderkit was very meek and shy, often keeping to himself and notably very quiet. While Pouncekit hung out with their father, Redmoss, a lot, learning to what it was like to be a deputy and warrior, Alderkit spent a lot of time with their mother, Aspenleap, listening to her stories of her life before the clan, how she met their father, and learning to be a compassionate warrior. He would shadow Pouncekit, mimicking his brothers kit-like fighting moves as he began to fear being left behind.
At 6 moons old, both brothers became apprentices, Alderpaw and Pouncepaw.
Alderpaw's mentor was a sweet she-cat named Frogsong. She was chosen as Alderpaw's mentor as she was very patient and kind and Alderpaw trusted her immensely and learned a lot from her, as well his mother. Alderpaw though felt saddened that Redmoss paid more attention to his brother, Pouncepaw, and not himself.
Sometimes Alderpaw would visit Spottedmoth, the clan's previous medicine cat, when his nerves got the best of him, and he also looked up to her a lot, secretly wishing he could have become a medicine cat like her.
While the tom was being apprenticed, rumors began spreading about their deputy father, Redmoss. There were suspicions about his loyalty towards the clan and to Nightstar himself.
During a battle against Oakclan, Redmoss was discovered dead, claimed to have been killed under the paws of the Oakclan leader at the time, Oakstar. Everyone in the clan believed this story, except for young Alderpaw who had decided to sneak out for a solo walk to get some fresh air. The tom stumbled into the battle by accident and was the only cat to witness Nightstar kill his father, Redmoss. Alderpaw ran away, never telling anyone what he witnessed. What the poor apprentice didn't know, was their father truly was killed by Oakstar, but Nightstar, finding his first deputy clinging to life and in pain, put him out of his misery out of respect. Alderpaw never knew this though, and became skittish and anxious during the rest of his apprenticeship. He didn't grieve as much as his mother and brother, but did wonder silently why their leader would do such a thing.
Alderpaw's anxiety strained his relationship a bit with Pouncepaw and his clan mates. His anxiety worsened when his mother, Aspenleap disappeared from the clan. Alderpaw didn't know how he could continue without her, but with the support of Frogsong and even Spottedmoth, he managed to get back on his feet.
Pouncepaw became a warrior before Alderpaw, becoming Pouncefox, noted for being strong, mature, and brave.
Because of his anxiety and struggles, Alderpaw was made a warrior a few moons later than Pouncefox.
Frogsong worked tirelessly with Alderpaw, helping him day and night to reach the end of his apprenticeship.
While training with another apprentice and their mentor, they were climbing trees and the apprentice slipped and almost fell to the ground below. Being a skilled climber like his brother, Alderpaw managed to save them and help them climb down.
Because of this, Frogsong boasted about him and he was able to earn his warrior name, Alderfall, noted for being selfless, caring, and determined. This was the first and only time Pouncefox was ever openly proud of his twin brother.
Alderfall continued warrior life one day at a time, keeping his secrets stored deep away.
