Equipped with the common Dawnclan build, Cedarsong is slightly larger than the average clan cat (but on par with most of their clanmates). They aren't the neatest cat around, and they are prone to matted fur, especially along their neck and shoulders. The most colour Cedarsong has comes in the form of the dilute grey-ish tones framing their face and covering the majority of their body. White marks the center of their face. Similarly, their front legs are white, with the pattern reaching high along their shoulders. The white fur continues along their belly and the inside of their hind legs, making socks along the lower half of their hind legs. Their green eyes are the most colourful feature on this otherwise grey-and-white feline.

Thoughtful, reserved, hesitant, aloof

Cedarsong has the countenance of someone who used to be a socially awkward mess, and has since settled somewhat into a more certain version of themselves. They aren't terribly clever, and they were much louder (and perhaps more disruptive) throughout their kithood and into their early apprenticeship. Prone to bouts of diffidence, Cedarsong prefers to give careful thought to their words and actions. This often puts them in a position where inaction seems preferable to the risk of feeling foolish. They've been a little clumsy, both physically and socially, and the opinions of their clanmates matter deeply to them. Cedarsong cares deeply about the cats in their life, which is the majority of their clan - and the friend of my friend is my friend, right? They prefer actions over words, and often struggle to express their thoughts or feelings out loud. Cedarsong tends to be patient and kind, trying to balance their inadvertent stoicism with thoughtful actions and a calming (if mildly inscrutable) presence.

Descriptive History: Jaycall and Aspenfall were elated to successfully have kits. Cedarsong and their sister were doted upon for their kithoods, though Jaycall was far more expressive than her partner. Kithood was uneventful, and it wasn't until the kits were Pinepaw and Cedarpaw that they were rocked by the unexpected passing of Jaycall. Less comfortable with emotional vulnerability, Aspenfall retreated somewhat from her involvement with her children. Pinepaw developed quite the rebellious streak, and Cedarpaw (despite being far less outgoing) found themselves tagging along during ill-advised expeditions or poorly-executed pranks. A moon before their warrior ceremony, Pinepaw disappeared. This shook Cedarpaw, who had always been their sister's best friend (or shadow, depending on who you ask). Suddenly without their social buffer, Cedarpaw became Cedarsong with far less enthusiasm than they would have should their sister have been by their side. 

As a warrior, Cedarsong has hit their stride as a provider. They've spent a great deal of time hunting, and trying to downplay their general awkwardness around others. Without their sister's influence, they're considerably more mellow and tend not to go against the grain.
