Our discord server is very organized and certain categories are for certain things! Below is a guide to how our discord is organized and how you can get the best experience!

Roles
Roles are given to each person as they make a forum account (this is done manually, so there may be a short delay). Most people will receive the member role which gives you access to the entire server. If you have a high ranked character, you will also receive a role for that. That way if your specific role is needed in RP It can be tagged.

There are two staff roles, administration and cat-acceptors. Cat acceptors can be tagged when a bio is finished so they can accept your character. Staff are the admins who over see the day to day business and that role should really only be tagged when the situation is dire.

Welcome
The welcome category is not a chatting category. It has our server rules, a place where staff can make site wide announcements, and a place to introduce yourself when you join! Don't worry though we have plenty of places for you to chat!

WITS Community
The update log channel is a place where staff will let you know what's been updated. These are typically minor things such as adding plug ins, cat aging, typo correction, or a new guide was added.

Suggestions is a place where everyone can post their suggestions. This can be for a channel or category for the discord or even ideas for the site itself. Each update is brought into weekly staff discussions where we will implement as many as we can!

Cat Acceptance-This is where you can tag the cat acceptor role when you have finished your character. Simply place the link and tag the role for the quickest response time!

Staff Corrections-If there is a typo, or inaccuracy this is where you can tag staff. This could be a wrong age, wrong listing description, or inconsistencies. Staff can be alerted and make the appropriate changes.

OOC
These are all of our out of character chatting channels! Most of them are self explanatory but the one I particularly wanted to point out is the self promotion channel!

Self Promotion- Many people have small businesses or are influencers on social media! This will be where you can post your instagram, Tik-Tok, Art pages, facebook business pages etc. PLEASE DO NOT POST PERSONAL PAGES. Please do not discredit peoples work or skill level. People take pride in what they do. No comments such as "that's so expensive or that takes too long etc" this is a friendly community.

Cat FC Spam-This is a place where you can spam all the pictures of cats you want all under one spot as to not clutter the other channels. We do not 'claim' fcs many cats can look a like. This place is just to post pictures you've found or enjoy. Whether for your own use one day or for others.

In Character
Each clan has it's own respective plotting channel in which you can go nuts on. Please remember to keep each clan in their respective channels.

Clan wide/site wide plots-This is a place where larger plot lines are handled. Staff can keep an eye on those threads to make sure everything is going smoothly and fairly. This is also the place where staff will announce any large plots that might be coming down the pipeline. Large plots can be sparked by smaller ones. For example a forbidden love that caused illegal kits could spark a war which would be considered a clan wide plot line! Every action made in Rp could have a consequence remember that!

Tagging-If you've responded to a thread you can tag a specific person to let them know you've responded!

Open Threads-You can post links to Rps that don't involve anyone particular for anyone to join!

Games
Games are a fun way to have fun and discuss other hobbies with other members!

Trivia night-Once a month there will be a trivia night involving questions from RPs, or guides, or the rules. Prizes will be given out to those earning the most points!

The other channels are for popular trending games! Feel free to discuss those! We understand people enjoy other things besides magical cats
