One line Description: Blue-eyed pale gray tom with scarce black markings

Descriptive Appearance: Heronswoop is a pale, almost blue-gray color with a white throat. He has a curvy black stripe that stretches from the corner of his eye to the other eye, all the way around the back of his head. He also has a black tail-tip and paws. Heronswoop is a short-haired cat, all triangles and spikes.

Brief Personality: Complaisant, Jaded, Dedicated

Descriptive personality: Heronswoop's whole existence is based on community. He is more than willing to do his part for whatever life he lives, even at the expense of his mental stability. He's eager to do something memorable with his life. Unfortunately, because of this he's easily burnt out. He often gets spells where he struggles to do anything, and because he's bad at understanding his own limits, he often pushes himself until he plunges into them. He's often mildly snappish, even if he doesn't mean it- especially in his down days.

Descriptive History: For the first 10 moons of his life, Heron lived in the Cemetery with his parents, Killdeer and Gull. They were good parents, and instilled a sense of duty and devotion to the world in him. They believed that you get what you work towards, and wanted Heron to have a good life. They pulled a few favors, and managed to get Heron to join Nightclan.

Heronpaw didn't like this. He had other things he wanted to do with his life; he and his friends were planning on helping local kittypets to become what they called "inside-outside" cats (whatever that means. But every kittypet they talked to seemed to like that idea, so he does too). But, he figured that the path his parents set him on wasn't so bad. His new clanmates were happy with their spiritual lives, so he is too.

Now, 20 moons later, Heronswoop is making the most of his life in Nightclan. He plans on becoming a mentor soon, and he can't wait to see a young face light up in excitement. He's grown tired, though, and while he still plunges through each day with as much enthusiasm as he can muster, he can never seem to get his mind out of whatever funk he's in. More and more he's wishing he could stay in his nest and not have to bother with anything, but he can't give in. This is his life's purpose.
